We are shipping within the UK as normal during the current lockdown. We have undertaken strict measures to ensure our workplace is COVID Secure. It may take a little longer than normal to receive your orders as our shipping partners are experiencing high levels of demand.
Due to restrictions and delays with our Overseas Courier and Royal Mail services we have paused our overseas delivery options. We hope to re-start these as soon as the services are running at their normal levels of service.
All orders received by 4.30pm are despatched by Royal Mail on the same day (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays). Orders are sent out in plain packaging with just our return address – no logo. All orders are shipped from the UK and times above are GMT/BST

For customers living outside the UK the delivery will take 7-10 working days for orders sent to Europe and 10-15 working days for orders sent to the rest of the world.
Orders will be sent out via Royal Mail Overseas Registered Delivery, the postal charges are as follows;

Out of Stock Items
If your item is out of stock, a message will appear at the time of ordering and again on your Order Confirmation email. If an item is out of stock and due within two weeks, we will hold the in-stock items until everything is available. If you would like us to ‘part-despatch’ your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01243 537300. For items out of stock for longer than 2 weeks, we will automatically despatch the items that are in stock. Please note that we will take full payment at the time the order is placed.
Both of our delivery options can be tracked on the Royal Mail website. You will receive your tracking information via your Order Confirmation email and if you provide a mobile number at the time of ordering you will also receive tracking information via text message.
