Nicola Jane - Terms & Conditions for Nicola Jane Charity Raffle “Open Day Event”

 

Pormotion: This raffle is being run by Nicola Jane, Chichester, in support of charity. The raffle will be conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 as a Customer Lottery.

Draw Details:

The raffle draw will take place on: Wednesday 22nd October 2025
Location: Nicola Jane Chichester shop, during our Open Day event.

 
Ticket Information:

  • Tickets cost: £1 each
  • Tickets are available only in-store at Nicola Jane Chichester.
  • Tickets will be sold to customers only, within the premises.
  • Tickets can be purchased during normal shop opening hours up until the time of the draw on 22nd October.
  • Entrants must be aged 16 or over.

 
Prizes:

  • £50 Nicola Jane Gift Voucher
  • Box of Chocolates
  • Entry to the Brave Crab & Friends: Wisdom & Wellness Cancer Festival in March 2026
  • A free family photoshoot and a 6x4 photo with Steele memories
  • Please note: No cash alternatives are available. Prizes are non-transferable.


Proceeds:
All proceeds from the raffle (after prize costs) will be donated to Breast Cancer Now. Breast Cancer Now, a charity registered in England and Wales (1160558), Scotland (SC045584) and Isle of Man (1200).

Other Terms:

  • The raffle is run under the rules of a Customer Lottery, as defined by the Gambling Act 2005.
  • No rollovers or external ticket sales are permitted.
  • The result of the draw is final and will be announced in-store on the day.
  • Winners will be notified in person or contacted using details provided on the ticket stub, if not present.
  • Nicola Jane reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value if necessary.
