This competition is being held to celebrate confidence and empowerment, encouraging customers to share how they feel confident in their Nicola Jane swimwear. Selected entries may be used in Nicola Jane’s marketing to inspire and uplift others.

  

1. Voluntary Participation


Participation in this competition is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to enter or to withdraw your entry at any time by contacting Nicola Jane before the relevant monthly winner is announced.
 

2. Confidentiality & Data Usage

 

Any personal data provided will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.

Only the information necessary for verifying entries and contacting winners (e.g., Instagram handle, name, contact details) will be collected. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Nicola Jane's Privacy Policy

By entering, participants agree that their submitted content (e.g., photos/posts) may be used by Nicola Jane for marketing purposes, including on social media and the Nicola Jane website.

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

 

3. Eligibility


The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

Employees of Nicola Jane Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

To be eligible for the monthly prize draw, participants must complete all entry steps outlined in Section 5 and meet the entry requirements.

 

4. How to Enter


To enter the competition, participants must:

  • • Post a photo of you wearing your Nicola Jane swimwear piece
    • Follow and tag us on your preferred social media platform: Instagram @nicolajaneuk or Facebook @NicolaJane, please note your profile must be public for us to view your post
    • Winner will be announced on the first of the month – we’ll be picking one winner on 1st July



5. Winner Selection & Notification
 

The winner will be selected on 1st July by a Nicola Jane panel based on:

  • Creativity of the submission
  • Alignment with Nicola Jane’s message of confidence and empowerment
  • Compliance with entry requirements

The Winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram and must confirm acceptance of their prize within 7 days.
If no response is received within that timeframe, Nicola Jane reserves the right to select a different participant.


6. Prize Details
The winner will receive a £50 Nicola Jane Gift Voucher, redeemable online at www.nicolajane.com.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

8. General 

Nicola Jane reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition or these terms at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
