There is no VAT charged on any of our Mastectomy Goods, which are supplied, to an individual for their own use after having breast surgery due to breast cancer. When ordering you must sign the VAT Concession Form, click here to download. Simply print off the form, fill in your details and return to:

If ordering by post please sign section 4 of the order form found in the catalogue, or if ordering by telephone, please sign and return either the downloadable VAT Concession Form (mentioned above), or section 4 of the order form found in the catalogue.

Non-Mastectomy Customers
If you are not exempt from paying VAT on products, please select 'NO' at the VAT relief section of our website when setting up a new Nicola Jane account. After you have completed this and logged into our website all prices will automatically include VAT.

Non VAT Items
We are required to to charge VAT on all non-mastectomy goods i.e. briefs, wraps and hats etc. In these cases the goods are marked * VAT inclusive and all chargeable VAT is already included in the item price.
