This is a second-class service. Exchanges can take 5-10 working days. If the exchange item is required urgently it is advised that you place a new order and then return the unwanted goods for a full refund. Please note postage will be charged on the new order. Follow these easy steps for hassle free returns.
1. Fill out your returns form and enclose with your return items. 2. Re seal the bag 3. Place our freepost sticker, sent with your order, over the original label, covering your details. 4. Take it to the Post Office.
Important: You must obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office. This is free and guarentees compensation should the parcel get lost in the post on its way back. Without this we are unable to honour the exchange or refund.
Overseas Returns Unfortunately we are unable to offer a free returns service for goods sent overseas. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, you must return it to us by International Registered Post, the cost to be met by yourself. Postage will be charged for exchange orders.
