Mastectomy Customers
There is no VAT charged on any of our Mastectomy Goods, which are supplied, to an individual for their own use after having breast surgery due to breast cancer. When ordering you must sign the VAT concession Form. This form is a downloadable form click here to download the VAT form and also appears when you are setting up your Nicola Jane account. Simply print off the form, fill in your details and return to:

If ordering by post please sign section 4 of the order form in the catalogue. If ordering by telephone you must sign and return either the downloadable VAT Concession form or section 4 of the order form found in the catalogue, to us.
Non-Mastectomy Customers
If you are not exempt from paying VAT on products, please select 'NO' at the VAT relief section when setting up your account. When you are logged into the website all prices will automatically include VAT.
